Resources
The project will produce results available in the 5 languages of the partnership (EN, FR, EL, RS, RO).
Goals
The Globetrotters project aims to improve linguistic skills and cultural understanding in primary schools.
It focuses on promoting intercultural dialogue, multilingualism, and cultural awareness among young students.
The project also aims to support teachers with innovative teaching methods and professional development opportunities.
It also extends language learning beyond the classroom by involving parents.
20 Language and Culture Discovery boxes
20 discovery boxes will be produced. They will be age-appropriate and interesting, enhancing the engagement and cultural skills of the pupils.
Online platform with gamified resources
We will develop a gamified platform to publish the results of the project in an interesting way. It will increase learner engagement by using a narrative to connect the different modules.
Pedagogical guides for teachers and parents
Pedagogical guides will be created and distributed to teachers and parents, providing basic instructions on how to use the discovery modules.
On-site workshop
We will provide educators with practical experience in using the discovery modules by creating an on-site workshop.
Implementation Guide
We will create an implementation guide with detailed instructions on how to use the new materials. We will take into account the information gathered during testing and create advice from the testing group for future users..
Local multiplier for teachers and parents
The partners will create a local multiplier to reach a wide and local audience.
